Episode 48: Wrangell has a new non-profit in town that’s dedicated to bringing live performance to the region. Olivia Strano, with Milk Run Music Fest, spoke with KSTK’s Colette Czarnecki on her vision for the new festival. It will take place in early May this year and has feature performers. Strano wants the festival to include all kinds of performance, including comedians, theatre, open mic and other types of art.
The festival is scheduled to run May 2nd from 5p.m. – 8:30 pm and May 3rd from 12 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at City Dock or The Nolan Center, depending on the weather.
Featured bands will also play at Raymes Bar at 9 p.m. both nights.
