Episode 31: Wrangell will soon celebrate the Capitol Christmas Tree during the weekend of Oct. 25 and a lot has gone into planning for the celebration. Kate Thomas, the borough’s economic development director, talks with KSTK’s Colette Czarnecki on what events will happen and what went into planning the upcoming Harvest Celebration.
