Nick Hanson calls himself the Eskimo Ninja Warrior. For five seasons, he’s competed in the nationally televised competition that pits athletes against seemingly impossible obstacle courses. Raised in Unalakleet, Hanson is one of three Alaskans to ever make it onto the show. Now, he visits communities to show off some moves and share his story of living in the village of 700 people. KSTK’s June Leffler spoke with him at Wrangell High School.
