An egregious crime in wildlife enforcement, what are the stakes of “wanton waste”

Someone shot and left a moose on Wrangell Island last Thursday. It was a sub-legal, bull moose. Alaska Wildlife Troopers are still investigating the case. KSTK’s June Leffler spoke with Lt. Matt Dobson out of Juneau on the stakes of this sort of crime.
