WRANGELL, ALASKA Correction:
Police say 18-year-old Cody A. Horner was arrested on allegations of child molestation of a 3-year-old girl on July 3rd. Horner is being held in Wrangell’s jail on $100,000 dollar bail. A court date is set for July 14th at 3:30 p.m. in Wrangell. The formal charge is sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree.
