WRANGELL, ALASKA Those were the voices of Victoria Martin, Dana Ivy, Noel Rea, Borough Manager Tim Rooney, Mari Selle, and Carter's father Clay Hammer. There were a few of the individuals who participated in the first annual Walkathon for Children with Apraxia of Speech, which took place on Saturday.
