WRANGELL, AK The National Weather Service in Juneau uses digital barometer readings from the Wrangell Airport to help forecast our local weather. In the first part of KSTK's two part informational series on the barometer we learned how a barometer senses changes in atmospheric pressure. In the second part of the informational series we take a look at how the readings from the barometer are used to forecast the weather. KSTK's Kelley Decker reports.
