WRANGELL, ALASKA At last week's regular meeting, the Wrangell borough assembly decided to look further into reapplying for a FERC license for Sunrise Lake. As recommended by the Heller Ehrman law firm, the assembly has directed the borough manager to invite representatives from consulting firms to visit Wrangell.
