WRANGELL, ALASKA Wrangell has officially become Alaska's eighteenth borough. During Tuesday night's special city council meeting, the new assembly and boards swore in as well as the first mayor of the city and borough of Wrangell. KSTK's Lisa Phu was there and files this report.
