WRANGELL, ALASKA In anticipation of the Stikine River Garnet Festival, the jet boats in Wrangell have begun taking excursions up the river to see the abundance of wildlife. KSTK's Lisa Phu recently got a spring peak of the river on Alaska Waters' Chutine Warrior, and files this story.
