WRANGELL, ALASKA At their last meeting, the Wrangell City Council said they would be giving Wrangell Seafoods two business days until their power would be shut off. In those two days, the company could either take care of safety issues associated with having the power shut off, or they could pay their utility bill. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
