WRANGELL, ALASKA Last month, Wrangell Seafoods wrote the city of Wrangell five bad checks equaling close to $50,000. This amount plus others mean that WSI is late on fees to the city totaling over $110,000. At Tuesday night's city council meeting, the council said they've had enough. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
