WRANGELL, ALASKA This past weekend, Jan Jonker was in Wrangell visiting with the local Elks lodge. Jonker is president of the Alaska State Elks Association. He's on a tour of all seventeen lodges across the state. One program that Jonker has implemented during his term as president is the Alaska State Elks Wounded Warrior Project.
