WRANGELL, ALASKA The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is kicking off its second season in Wrangell. The program, which caters to children under age five, sends one book straight to the child's mailbox every month. Close to one hundred Wrangell children participated in the Imagination Library last year, which means over one thousand books have been delivered. The best part about the imagination library is that it doesn't cost the families of the children anything. KSTK's Lisa Phu files this report.
