WRANGELL, ALASKA Last night, Wrangell's city council made their formal opposition to the governor's supplemental budget bill. The bill, which is still in legislature, would re-appropriate AK-BC intertie money to go towards a Kake-Petersburg intertie. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
