WRANGELL, ALASKA The Tongass National Forest Land Management Plan amendment finally came out last month. Despite changes, there is one thing for which Wrangell residents can feel rest assured. General public use of the Stikine River will not have to limit their group size to twelve. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
