WRANGELL, ALASKA Within one week, Alaska Airlines flight 64 had to make two emergency landings in Ketchikan due to a problem with the wing flaps. Southbound flight 64 runs daily between Anchorage and Seattle with stops in Juneau, Petersburg, Wrangell, and Ketchikan. KSTK's Lisa Phu files this report.
