While the organization is able to put on the Derby, other Wrangell events like the Fourth of July Celebration and Harvest Fest are in limbo due to the Chamber's recent financial situation. Many are worried that some roads will be restricted to certain vehicles. Others think that some roads will be closed all together. But now, it might not even happen. Wrangell and Petersburg officials had hope to meet with the Angoon City Council over regional energy issues.
