Appeals court upholds murder conviction, 85-year sentence

PETERSBURG, AK (2010-07-28) A court of appeals has upheld the 2007 murder conviction and sentencing of a Petersburg man. The three-judge panel last week denied an appeal by Anthony Haube in the 2005 death of Michael Gerber on Sing Lee Alley in Petersburg.
