WRANGELL, ALASKA (2008-03-19) Wrangell may see a new city attorney this spring. At their last meeting, the city council voted four-to-three to replace current city attorney Mitch Seaver with Juneau based Amy Gurton Mead. KSTK's Lisa Phu reports.
