Phase II of Heritage Harbor Project Goes According to Plan

WRANGELL (2010-01-17) Phase II of the Heritage Harbor Project is off and running following a minor setback. Construction crews were expected to be in Wrangell over the Thanksgiving holidays, but didn't arrived until December. KSTK's Tony Gorman went down to Heritage Harbor to see how the construction was going and filed this report.
